Vessels and Gas Filters

Vessels and filters that we can manufacture are mostly used in petrochemical field, refineries and filtering systems. We can realize vessels up to 4 meters OD and up to 30 mm of thickness. Stainless Steel (304, 316, 321, Duplex e Super Duplex) and Carbon Steel (A516, A333, P5, P11, P22) are the most used materials. We usually manufacture high pressure vessels. We can infact perform hydraulic tests with pressure up to 1000 bar and carry out all the quality control steps including Non Destructive Tests (radiographic, ultrasonic, magnaflux, dye penetrant). Types of filters we can make: cartridge, cyclones, gas scrubbers, quick opening closures. Types of Vessels we can make: Expansion Tanks, Storage tanks, Air accumulators, Tanks for Water Bath Heaters.
