From 2009, a new department for the production of longitudinal finned pipes was opened. In this area it was developed  the know-how for the finning of different materials, this made possible to achieve very high quality standard of the product, in order to answer  the requests of the international market. Russillo Impianti produces longitudinal finned pipes with high adhesion of fins, both in carbon steel or stainless steel, and non ferrous metals such as copper and copper alloys, brass and cupronickel, that are materials highly resistant to marine corrosion.

Experience and practice in manufacturing special radius elbows made possible to Russillo Impianti to specialize doing tube coils from very high thickness pipes and extreme narrow diameters.

Russillo Impianti, thanks to his "craft like" management, can boast a great experience in doing very high quality and non-standard products.

ISO 9001:2008 certification system and PED directive conformity, although WPS and PQR welding qualifications for a big variety of materials and Non Destructive Test qualifications plus fabrication methods according to EN-ASME-ANSI-TEMA codes, are an essential and constant component to give the maximum of the quality.
